Surveys show employees place a heavy weight on whether to stay or leave organizations based on their relationships with coworkers and managers. Longevity at a company is based heavily on the positive and strong relationships built among team members within an organization. To combat turnover and improve longevity my client used The Predictive Index(PI) to anticipate associates’ behavior patterns. Using PI was identified as a necessary core skill set at all levels of the Firm. It was imperative we conduct PI training from the top down with a new focus on refining the skills and application of PI to lower turnover rates and build strong interpersonal skills for all firm associates. To achieve this goal, I used Rise to build a NASBA accredited nano, introductory Predictive Index course.
